After qualifying, I spent quite a bit of time working along side a Osteomyologist. What I learned there was invaluable. Some required invasive treatment, others came for a relaxing massage, or the regular gym-goer who needs deep tissue work. I spent the last year working in a bustling Physiotherapy clinic, helping a diverse range of people with various injuries or general care and recovery. I've seen and done a lot, but I believe no one ever stops learning — and I genuinely enjoy that.
My journey began with a love of fitness. As a qualified personal trainer holding a diploma in advanced nutrition for athletic performance and weight loss, I wanted to offer athletes the full package: feed them, train them, and aid in recovery. Injuries are common in fitness, and I’m here to help manage and prevent them.
Having finished my time at the Physio Clinic, I’m now working independently. I’m fully mobile, insured, and happy to travel to clients who can’t make it to me — whether at home, office, or wherever we can meet. Mobile visits include massage plus any add-ons like acupuncture, cupping, moxa, or stretch therapy with no extra cost.
